Message if you just want some bass there are high end 6's and 6.5's that will give you a suprising amount of pop. dont listen to them in a store though because you'll never hear the base find someone at your audio store who has them in the car and listen to them in the vehicle. they both will hit but they WONT crush. if you want real bone crushing ability get the JL W7 series or the mtx RFL those are some of the loudest out there. also if your serious about bass and want good sounding long drawn out 12" bass buy the eclipse 88,000 titanium dvc. it has a 80 (yes 80) pound magnet and it is the loudest thing i have ever heard. have fun
